Beverage Gases
Bars and restaurants use a variety of food-grade gases:

• Gourmet C (CO₂) for carbonating alcoholic beverages (lager beer, cider) and non-alcoholic beverages (kvass, soft drinks, sparkling water).
• Gourmet N70 (30% CO₂ + 70% N₂) for dispensing and serving stout and other dark beers.
• Gourmet Ar (Argon) for wine dispensing and preservation, helping maintain wine quality after opening.

Cylinder Options
Different cylinder solutions are available:

• 5 L to 50 L cylinders supplied in rental packages:
  • daily rental plans;
  • or long-term rental agreements (12-36 months) with discounts of 50% or more.
• YourCyl 8 L cylinders with no rental fee, where the cylinder becomes the customer's property.
• SodaGas 0.6 L cylinders, which can be connected to beer kegs using a special pressure regulator.

Equipment and Accessories

• A range of equipment and supporting tools is available:
• Cylinder trolleys for safe transportation.
• Wrenches for regulator installation and removal.
• SodaGas storage crates, designed for organized storage and safe transportation of cylinders.
• GasControl by ELME MESSER GAAS for gas leak detection.
