| The synergic MIG 200HD welder is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals. It allows welding using the MMA (covered electrode), TIG Lift, and MIG/MAG methods in synergistic and manual modes. Thanks to the change of polarity, the device allows welding using the MIG/MAG method using both standard wires in a protective gas shield and self-shielded flux-cored wires. The welder can work in synergistic or manual mode with the option of quickly returning to the initial synergistic settings. The Sherman MIG 200HD will be an excellent solution for repair work (car`s shop repairment), minor welding work (fence section, metal door, work table, barbecue, canopy). We recommend using the following shielding gases for carbon steels: as well as shielding gases with improved characteristics:We recommend using the unalloyed wire electrode for GMA (MIG/MAG) welding of general structural steels, pipe steels, and cast steels wire SG 2 d. 0,8mm. |

| The Sherman MIG 200HD allows welding by TIG Lift (arc ignition by contact method). TIG Lift welding is suitable for both carbon and stainless steel, using a special valve-type torch (not included). We recommend using the general-purpose welding gas Argon as a shielding gas for carbon steels and stainless steels. Messer company has developed the premium-grade welding mixture Inoxline He3H1 especially for welding of austenitic stainless steels. This mixture improves metal fusion and increases the depth of penetration, makes the weld seam narrower and reduces thermal deformations. |
