INOXLINE is the group of gases for welding, mostly of medium and high alloy steels (stainless steels). Inoxline C2 (Ar = 97.5%, CO2 = 2.5%), EN ISO 14175 M12 ArC-2 is suitable for MAG welding medium and high alloy (stainless) steels. For this mixture, welding is possible in both normal and pulsed mode (preferred), as well as robotic welding. The mixture is well suited for metal welding up to 10 mm thick. It is used both for entry-level semi-automatic welding machines (DIGI MIG 200 Pulse SHERMAN) and for powerful industrial MAG machines with welding currents up to 600 A (LINCOLN POWERTEC I320C ADVANCED) |

Specifications | |
Inoxline C2 is mostly used with welding wire types of ER308LSi, ER316LSi, (AWS/ASME SFA - 5.9, EN ISO 14343 - A) with a diameter of 0.6 mm to 1.2 mm or more. Inoxline C2 is mostly suited for welding of stainless steel with a thickness till 10 mm. If the thickness of the plates is more than 10mm we recommend using shielding gas Inoxline He15C2. High-power machines equipped with a pulse welding mode are most suitable for welding stainless steel. Pulse welding process characteristics:
